How quickly will you get back to me after I send an enquiry?
Enquiries are accepted at any hour, and calls go out Monday to Friday between 16:30 and 23:00 Athens time. Choose a slot in that window and we ring you then; leave it blank and we reply to arrange one. The request reaches Marios and Stamatis directly — there is no queue and no mailing list.
What happens on the first call?
A short conversation, usually about half an hour, at no charge. We ask what the business sells, how customers decide, what has been tried and what is in the way. You get a straight view on whether the problem is the website, the advertising, the offer or the measurement. If we are not the right fit, we say so on that call.
Do I need a budget or a brief prepared before I contact you?
No. A few honest sentences about what the business does, what is not working and what a good outcome would look like are more useful than a formal brief. Scope and price get worked out together afterwards, and written into a proposal before anything starts.
