Process

Five stages.No mystery.

You will always know what is happening this week, what is coming next, and what it is supposed to produce. Surprises in this business are almost never good ones.

The sequence

Discover to compound

Stages one to four are the build, with a timeline agreed up front for your scope. Stage five does not end — it is where the return actually accumulates.

01

Discover

We learn how the business actually makes money: what a customer is worth, how they decide, which objections lose the sale. Anything already running — a site, an ad account, analytics — gets audited first.

A working session with the people who actually sell, and an audit of whatever is already running. We want the awkward numbers: what a customer is worth, what has been spent so far, which enquiries never get answered.

  • Discovery session
  • Existing site & account audit
  • Competitor review
  • Goal setting

02

Strategise

Positioning, message and customer journey are agreed before design begins, along with which channels deserve budget and what we will measure.

We come back with a position, a message hierarchy and a customer journey mapped to real pages and channels. Targets are agreed here, in numbers, so nobody redefines success at the end.

  • Positioning & messaging
  • Journey mapping
  • Channel plan
  • Measurement plan

03

Build

Art direction, design, copy and front-end build run together on a live staging URL, so you see real pages early rather than a slideshow of screenshots.

Design and build run in short cycles on a live staging URL. Copy is written alongside the design rather than poured in afterwards, and the performance budget is checked at every review.

  • Art direction
  • Design system
  • Front-end build
  • Copywriting
  • CMS setup

04

Launch

A checklist rather than a celebration: redirects mapped, structured data validated, analytics and conversions verified against test traffic, accessibility checked, campaigns queued.

A launch checklist rather than a launch party: redirects mapped, structured data validated, analytics and conversions verified against test traffic, accessibility pass signed off, campaigns queued.

  • QA & accessibility pass
  • Redirects
  • Tracking verification
  • Campaign launch

05

Optimise

Once real traffic arrives we work from what it shows: media adjusted regularly, the highest-value pages tested, and a monthly review of what changed and what we are changing next.

From the first week of real traffic we are testing, not admiring. Media gets adjusted regularly, the pages carrying the most value get tested first, and the monthly review covers what changed and what changes next.

  • Media optimisation
  • Page testing
  • Content programme
  • Monthly review

Every stage feeds the same centre. Positioning informs the build, the build informs the campaigns, and what the campaigns learn goes back into both — which is only possible when the same people hold all of it.

Once it is live

The rhythm

Reporting exists to drive a decision. If a number in the report cannot change what we do next, it does not belong there.

Weekly

Campaign optimisation, creative iteration and a short written update

Fortnightly

A working session with your team — decisions, not status reading

Monthly

Commercial review: spend, cost per enquiry, and the next priorities

Quarterly

A step back — channel mix, budget allocation, what to build next

What we ask of you

The projects that work best

  • One decision-maker who can approve direction without a committee.
  • Access to the people who talk to customers — sales, service, front of house.
  • Honest numbers, including the disappointing ones.
  • Room to argue. If you wanted an order-taker you would not need us.
  • Patience through the build, and impatience once it is live.

Start here

Start at stage one.

The first conversation is a discovery session in miniature: what the business sells, what is in the way, and whether Marios and Stamatis are the right people to remove it.
