What this website collects

This website uses no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers and no social media pixels. The fonts are served from this domain rather than a font network, so reading these pages does not report anything to another company.

The only thing stored in your browser is a record of your answer to the cookie banner, and analytics cookies if you accept them. The cookie notice lists exactly what is set, why, and for how long.

Information you send us

If you call us, email us or complete the enquiry form, we receive what you choose to give us — typically your name, business name, phone number, an email address, and what you write about the project.

We use those details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to run that work. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How the form reaches us

The enquiry form is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form-relay service acting as our processor. It passes the message on and does not use it for anything else. Nothing you type is stored in a marketing tool or an advertising platform, and we are moving delivery onto our own domain.

If you book a callback, the date and time you choose are sent with the enquiry and used only to ring you at that time. Requests can be sent at any hour; calls are made Monday to Friday between 16:30 and 23:00 Athens time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for the duration of the work and for as long afterwards as accounting and legal obligations require.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Email contact@merqongroup.com or call +30 694 224 4918 and we will deal with it within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

If this changes

Client projects sometimes require measurement on their own websites, and we may later add an enquiry form provider or a different analytics tool to this site. If that happens, this notice and the cookie notice will be updated before the change goes live, and anything that is not strictly necessary will ask for your consent first.
